I found him ridiculous for wanting to stay with someone who so obviously was using him. I liked Alfie because of how innocent he was but I didn’t like Simon at all. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed in the execution. On one hand, I thought it was super cute. I’m not quite sure how I feel about this story. When a fight leads to the zoo catching on fire, Alfie has an important decision to make – keep his secret as an alpaca shifter or finally shift to human and save the man he’s fallen in love with. Then Simon is home for a while he brings his gold digging boyfriend with him. But over the years, he’s developed a crush on the owner’s son, Simon, even though he knows nothing can come of it.
